Lead the charge as Sales Manager Germany at Reany Bikes!
Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for e-bikes and an entrepreneurial
spirit? Reany Bikes is on a mission to conquer Europe with our innovative, stylish, and lightweight
urban e-bikes. We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to accelerate our growth in Germany!
Your Role:
Drive the development of Reany Bikes in the German market by expanding sales channels
and forging strong customer relationships.
Negotiate and manage agreements with channel distributors.
Maintain and support distribution channels, including planning and organizing dealer training
sessions.
Take the lead in organizing and attending industry trade shows to showcase our brand and
products.
Understand customer needs and align them with market trends and Reany Bikes’ strategies.
Conduct market research to develop sales plans and strategies for German and European
channels.
Handle daily sales tasks and contribute to achieving our ambitious goals.

Who You Are:
Over three years of experience in the e-bike or cycling industry, with solid product knowledge.
Familiar with the European e-bike market and equipped with local channel connections.
A European citizen fluent in German and English; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
Proactive, with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Open to traveling across Germany and Europe.
